If you’re a Vietnam-era veteran you know the name Chris Noel—the Voice of Armed Forces Radio from 1966-1971. Chris Noel ultimately sacrificed her Hollywood acting career to serve her country by entertaining and supporting our troops on the airwaves and in person where they served - in the air, on land, and at sea.

Chris Noel - Armed Forces Radio Vietnam
A model turned actress in the early 1960s, Chris Noel was a young blonde bombshell with a number of movies and TV guest appearances. She first started entertaining the troops in Vietnam on the radio. She received the Distinguished Vietnam Veteran award in 1984 from the Veterans Network for her work during the war, the Amvets Silver Helmet Award in 2019 and many other awards.
Chris Noel founded - Vetsville Cease Fire House, Inc. in 1993 as a Florida Not For Profit Corporation. Vetsville was created to provide food and shelter for homeless American Veterans.
