On November 8th, 2025 USA Warrior Stories and the Southampton Arts Center honored 3 generations of local Veterans by sharing their stories and discussing the mission of USA Warrior Stories; to record, archive and share videos of Veteran stories online to help Veterans make a connection with one another and to help us all better understand their sacrifices for our freedom.

Unveiling of the U.S. Merchant Marine Memorial

On 5 June 2024, the American Merchant Marine Veterans unveiled a long overdue monument to the U.S. Merchant Marine on Utah Beach. This new monument, near the Lone Sailor monument and the Higgins Boat monument, will honor the valor and sacrifice of U.S. Merchant Mariners whose actions supported military operations on D-Day that took place 80 years ago.

largest amphibious assault operation in the history of the world.
