Ebonnie Goodfield - U.S. Navy 2010-15

After graduating High School, Ebonnie signed up for the Delayed Entry Program (DEP) and at the age of 19 went to basic training at Great Lakes, Illinois. Ebonnie went on and served as an Interior Communications Electrician working with combat systems and engineering on 2 destroyers, the USS Kidd (DDG100) and the USS Wyane A Myer (DDG108). While serving on her first deployment the USS Kidd rescued 13 Iranian hostages held by Somali pirates in Arabian Sea.
