Frank Zapata - U.S. Army 1979-93

Frank "Shortround" Zapata was born in New York City but grew up in Puerto Rico. Frank joined the U.S. Army when he was 18 years old and served for 14 years working a number of MOS's including Infantry, Field Artillery, Recruitment, Communications and Motor Transport Operator. Frank was deployed to Kuwait and Iraq in 1990 as support for the 82nd Airborne during Operation Desert Storm.
